The Dream & The Beginning
The dream of selling computer hardware started in Form Four. A graduation-gift laptop became the first tool of the journey. A street hustle — playing music from a laptop and subwoofer — showed early creativity and an instinct for customer psychology.

MUST & The Campus Hustle
The move to MUST in Mbeya became the start of a real business. A partnership with technician Hamis and TRACERT Computer took shape. Laptops sold on campus at slim margins — but with unlimited free customer support. The nickname "NINJA" was earned through trust and standout service.

A Brand Is Born
At the end of a semester, the first town office opened: NINJAS COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY. Starting with little stock but great belief in breaking through the giants. By year end, the name was formally changed to iCARE TECHNOLOGY — the first step of expansion and rebranding.

Moved into a larger space in town, while the MUST shop kept serving customers.

The Dar es Salaam Journey
After finishing university, a store opened in Dar es Salaam with the support of a friend, Richard. Built to serve online customers — but demand for physical visits created the opportunity for a larger 70 sqm office.

With expansion experience in hand, an office opened in Dodoma — strengthening iCare presence in the heart of Tanzania.
